Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients to attend appointments.
• Provide practical support and information.
• Support outreach and community activities.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up.
• Liaise with service providers.
• Maintain activity records and documentation.

• Participate in team meetings and training

Essential:

1. 1. Experience in community services, health, or social support.
   2. Understanding of Aboriginal community needs.
   3. Effective communication skills.
   4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
   5. Current Driver License.
