Integrated Client Services

Yura Yungi’s Integrated Client Services team provides personalised, culturally safe support for clients and families navigating complex systems such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and aged care services. Our aim is to ensure every individual receives the care, resources, and advocacy they need to live with dignity, independence, and connection to culture.

NDIS Community Connector Coordination

We help clients and families understand how the NDIS works, assist with paperwork and access requirements, and connect people with the supports they need to reach their goals. Our team helps coordinate services and ensures participants are supported throughout their NDIS journey.

NDIS Community Connector

Our Community Connectors act as a bridge between clients and the NDIS, offering culturally appropriate support and advocacy. They assist with accessing services, attending appointments, and maintaining communication with providers to ensure the plan is working effectively.

NDIS Early Childhood Support

We offer support to families of young children with disability or developmental concerns. Our team works alongside families to identify needs early, access early intervention services, and create strong, supportive environments for children to thrive.

Elder Care Support Coordination

We help older Aboriginal people and their families navigate the aged care system. This includes connecting Elders to aged care assessments, services, and supports that promote independence and cultural wellbeing — whether living at home or accessing residential care.

Early Childhood Support

Beyond the NDIS, we provide holistic early childhood support to help young children and their families access the right care at the right time. This includes developmental monitoring, referrals, family education and assistance in accessing allied health or specialist services as needed.
