Position Title: Practice Nurse
Location: Halls Creek - Yura Yungi Aboriginal Medical Service
Business Unit: Clinical Operations
Employment Type: 2x Fulltime
Position Summary
Practice Nurse is a key role within the practice that provides a high standard of quality nursing care through efficient, effective, safe and timely services to YYMS patients.
The nurse will exercise significant levels of initiative in the direct coordination and implementation of care whilst monitoring appropriate outcomes.
This position has a primary health care focus and is expected to work in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team to initiate preventative strategies, provide therapeutic interventions and deliver health promotions and education sessions.
Nurse will work within the clinical service function and provide ongoing support to the clinical operations. Under broad supervision, the nurse will provide professional nursing care in accordance with nurse protocols, policies and/or procedures and oversee infection control, patient process and flow.

- Above award annual base salary starting from $110,000.00 + Super depending on experience and qualification
