2025–2026 Annual General Meeting

Yura Yungi Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation (YYMS) invites all members to attend the 2025–2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: Thursday, 12 November 2026
Time: 10:00 am
Location: YYMS Community Room

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

Member Information

Invitations have been sent to all members. If you have not received your invitation, please visit the post office to check your mail.

YYMS will also be updating members’ contact information at the AGM. Members are encouraged to ensure their details are current.

Unable to Attend?

Members who are unable to attend the AGM must complete a proxy form to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Please refer to the member invite pack for your proxy form.

In accordance with the YYMS Rule Book, completed proxy forms must be submitted to Bir Rai, bir.rai@yyms.org.au at least 48 hours before the AGM, by 10:00 am on Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
