To provide quality, compassionate care for the elderly and people living with disability in the Halls Creek Shire.

To provide a clean and caring living environment for any aged person from Halls Creek or surrounding communities who meets the assessment criteria established by the Department of Health and Ageing, where this care is not available in their family situation.
To provide residential and respite care in consultation with community health care groups, families, and in line with the Department of Health and Ageing criteria.
To provide health care assistance to enable residents to maintain a suitable quality of life.
